A few steps from the beautiful and characteristic Brera district, our Loft is located in a side street of the very central Corso Garibaldi where you can find countless boutiques and restaurants.

The Loft has been recently renovated, is very cozy with all the comforts available, Ideal for a couple or up to 6 people thanks to the large spaces. Perfect for a leisure trip, events, shootings.

The house is divided into two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living area with TV sofas, piano and a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with dishes and dishes for guests, and equipped with major appliances, including microwave and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor is the sleeping area and the spa.

In the sleeping area there is a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, in the SPA area there is a large yacuzzi that accommodates up to 6 people and a sauna, also there is a small living room with a sofa and armchair bed where you can relax watching TV or foosball to play a game with friends.

The Loft is non-smoking only, and there is both air conditioning and heating.

Wi-Fi is also included and each room has a state-of-the-art Smart TV.

With its central and well-connected location, it makes it quick and easy to reach the city's major points of interest.
